If you are on the same Microsoft account, done with all the possible troubleshooting such as clearing cache, using other browsers, and yet the issue persists, unfortunately, there's nothing much we can do but check the page from time to time or until Microsoft fixes this as this can be a server issue already.

2023年3月20日 · To my knowledge, this issue has been affecting users across the globe not just in HK. After being on the waitlist for almost three weeks and got finally in they got kicked out for no apparent reason. I've been reading similar posts in the Bing community and it appears to be that this is a known issue.
