2013年2月17日 · Some users after successfully downloading the file they stop it, not noticing that the ''UPLOAD" is still running. That's why your download speed is slow because other users don't upload it AKA ''SEEDING". It's not the fault of your ISP. But it's the fault of the users that have successfully downloaded the file and does't seed it.

I tried with other torrents from other sites but I got the same result. I already tried to change VPN, but it still doesn't download. How can I solve? Thanks in advance
2014年5月1日 · There are three ways (in major) to possible solutions, depending on the cause: 1. Like it was said, security properties. To solve this - change security properties of desired folder or create new downloads folder under the same account you launching BitTorrent. Also, do not put downloads folder in "Program files" or similar sstem folders.
