Right click on the app and select "Create shortcut" (It won't let you create a shortcut in this folder and will prompt you to save to your desktop instead.) ZB.

Press Windows key+X then select PowerShell (Admin) copy paste the following then hit Enter: Get-AppXPackage *windowscalculator* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$ ($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
However, I was able to download some updates that had been pending on some other Microsoft Store apps. And all of my other Apps, like Calendar, Photo, Snip & Sketch, etc. worked fine. I tried many different approaches to fix the Calculator and Microsoft Store problems, including resetting the apps, re-registering the apps in PowerShell, DSIM, SFC, etc., etc.
