2016年2月14日 · I cannot use the Chinese handwriting input in Windows 10. I have followed the suggestion as proposed by other helpers in this site. i.e. Go to Settings > Time & language > Region & language > Add a language. Then Choose "Options" in Chinese (Hong Kong SAR) It says "There are no handwriting options for this language".

I used to be able to type chinese characters with all browsers (chrome, firefox....IE) before the introduction of EDGE. Now I continue to be able to do so with all browsers except EDGE. I use the NJCOM32 for chinese input.

2011年3月18日 · To obtain Cantonese characters such as 嘞 laak3 or 嚟 lai4, turn on the Hong Kong Supplementary Character Set: Set your keyboard to Hong Kong Cantonese 2010. In the language bar, click Properties. In the General tab, under Output Settings, click Character Set. Click Include the characters of the HKSCS. Hope that helps.

Since Microsoft bought Swiftkey in 2016, I was waiting all the time that Swiftkey will replace the microsoft IME.
