Two email systems, namely PolyU and Connect, are provided to staff and students respectively. PolyU Email is an email service for PolyU current staff. In addition to large mailbox quota of 50GB, it also provides features including calendaring, message sharing, and mobile push mail support, etc.
You may stay connected with your alma mater by using PolyU Alumni NetID and Connect Email Account. For alumni who graduated in 2011 or after, your Student NetID would automatically become Alumni NetID.
Login to email service: Go to: https://www.polyu.edu.hk/its/it-services/email-messaging-and-collaboration-services/. On left hand corner, click "9-bullet menu icon" to select more functions. Either select “Office” or go to the corresponding office app directly.
You may find out your Email address via https://idportal.polyu.edu.hk/netid/ preferred name @connect.polyu.hk Your preferred name is created during your NetID activation.
