  1. 2005年9月5日 · Obviously (and not surprisingly) the 64bit CPU is much more efficient at dealing with 64bit numbers, becuase of its wider bus and wider CPU registers. This also explains why the Integer Math & Find Prime Numbers test results improved under 64bit while the Data compression results stayed more or less the same.

  3. 2017年4月5日 · If the VM is all alone on a hypervisor, the benchmark score will be (significantly) higher than when it shares the hypervisor with 50 other VMs doing various random work loads. Correct? The single VM might get a score of - say - 500 cpu mark, but when the hypervisor gets busier, it might get 100 etc.

  4. 2019年3月21日 · For my purposes, single-thread performance is not usually significant since most of my machines are running at 100%, 24/7. Perusing the CPU Benchmark charts, I see the combined score and the single-thread score are given. With this information, is it possible to use a formula to come to an approximation of the multi-thread

  5. 2013年6月3日 · We don't (or at least very rarely) benchmark CPUs ourselves for the CPU charts. Nearly all data in the charts comes from user submissions from our PerformanceTest software. For the E5-2448L and E5-2630L, it seems no-one has submitted any results thus far

  6. 2016年9月14日 · It would be extremely useful for making purchase decisions if the benchmark charts could be sorted and filtered. For example, it would be great if you could view only products with a score over x, and then sort those results by price in order to find the cheapest product that met some specific performance requirement.

  8. 2015年6月15日 · For example a [Dual CPU] Intel Xeon E5-2697 v3 @ 2.60GHz currently scores 30106, while this processor scores 22143 on its own, that's a 1.36 performance gain for the dual CPU. Or, looking at the processor I am actually looking at, the [Dual CPU] Intel Xeon X5650 @ 2.67GHz , it scores 11675, while the same single CPU scores 7599, so 1.53 speed up.

  9. 2020年3月6日 · Hi, Today I wanted to check some CPUs benchmarks and was really surprised to see that the charts have changed significantly. I'm using Passmark benchmarks for many years and have never seen such changes. Here are some examples: Passmark few days ago Passmark today Change in % i7-2600 8181 5655 - around 30% x5670 7800 7795
