Welcome to the Registry homepage of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). The Registry is headed by the Registrar and is comprised of an Academic and Quality Section (AQS), and a Registration and Examinations Section (RES) which is also looking after an Audio Visual Services Unit (AVSU).
Students may reserve seats through the System for a period from 1 hour up to a maximum of 3 hours for each reservation (e.g. from 08:30 – 10:30). Multiple reservations are allowed within the same day. Each student may reserve seats for up to 16 hours in total within the eligible 8-calender-day booking period. 4.
