Denis Chang’s Chambers (“DCC”) was established in 1978 by a young Denis Chang in Prince’s Building directly across from the Old Supreme Court, three years before he took silk and joined the ranks of the distinguished leaders of the practising Bar.
Tracy joined Chambers in 2020 upon completion of her pupillage with Mr. Chan Chi Hung SC, Mr. Tim Kwok, Mr. Giles Surman, Ms. Catherine Wong and Mr. Robin D’Souza. Tracy is developing a predominately civil practice with interest in criminal law.

Phyllis was admitted to the Hong Kong Bar in 2014 and joined Chambers in 2017. She practises in all areas of civil and criminal work, both advocacy and advisory, with an emphasis on matrimonial and family, intellectual property, defamation, probate and administration and personal injuries law.
Biography. Matthew is developing a broad civil practice across the full range of commercial litigation, international arbitration and advisory work. He is comfortable being instructed as part of a counsel team or in his own right, and has appeared unled in the High Court.
