說明. 戴摩膚可用於牛皮癬( 不包括廣泛性的斑狀牛皮癬)、頑強的濕疹、扁平苔癬、盤狀紅斑性狼瘡及其他對較溫和藥效之類固醇無理想反應的皮膚病症。 用法用量. 本藥須由醫師處方使用。 [ 軟膏與乳膏] 成人. 塗上剛好可完整薄薄覆蓋患部的用量,輕輕按摩,每天使用 1 或 2 次,最多 4 週,直到症狀改善為止。 之後可逐漸減少使用頻率,或改用藥效較溫和的製劑。 每次塗抹後應靜待一段時間,直到藥品充分吸收後再使用潤膚產品。 可重複使用療程較短的 clobetasol propionate 治療,控制症狀發作。 對於較具抵抗力的患部,特別是角質過度增生的部位,則可於必要時,以PE膜覆蓋在塗敷藥物後的患部藉以增強clobetasol的作用。
