2022年1月5日 · Every other app or download source has much more reliable download speeds (Steam gets 35 MB/s, for example). I've seen hundreds of posts about users having the same issue going back 3 years. I've tried their troubleshooting and fixes such as Delivery Optimization settings, Group Policy edits, and MS Store downloads (outdated as option is no longer there), but nothing has worked.

I'm trying to download Forza Horizon 5: from 0 to about 16GB the download speed is 3/4MB, but when I download about 16GB it slows down.
2024年3月8日 · Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this. There is no real setting in Edge to throttle the download speed, the only setting that may do that is this method. In Edge, paste this into the Address Bar and press Enter: edge://flags/. In the search box in Edge flags, search for parallel. Set 'Parallel Downloading' to disabled. Restart the Edge browser.
