「 專上課程電子預先報名平台」 ( Electronic Advance Application System for Post-secondary Programmes（E-APP））由教育局設立，是一個一站式網上報名系統，適用於報讀聯招以外全日制經本地評審副學位和學士學位課程。 自2012年2月起提供服務，以方便應屆香港中學文憑考試（文憑試）的考生預先報讀「大學聯合招生辦法」（聯招）以外經本地評審的專上課程。 E-APP好處? 考生只需透過E-APP填妥一份網上申請表，便可報讀多間院校的專上課程，更有機會在文憑試放榜前獲院校安排面試及／或獲得有條件取錄資格。
