Thanks for your patience. It is possible that the print head is not getting ink from the tanks. Since you have replaced the print head, it may take several cleanings to fill the print head with ink from the tanks. So you can do a power cleaning. Please follow the steps below to do a power clean; Turn off your printer.
I own an Epson L4160 printer. After not using it for 3 months, it suddenly was not able to print color with cyan and magenta, only black and yellow. However, after checking the nozzle and cleaning the head about 6 times, it now prints cyan and black but not magenta and yellow.
