I can think of a few non-Rogers options: Bell Alt TV - Fairchild + Fairchild HD is $15 on top of the base package; you'll need Bell Internet + bring your own devices (Firestick, Apple TV, Google box, etc.) Vmedia - only Fairchild (no HD) - $19 extra on top of the base package; you'll need Vmedia internet and get their box or Roku.

How come the chinese Fairchild TV (channel 36, 801 etc.) singals/picturres quality are so poor as compare to other chanels such as cp24, ctvc cbc etc. Even, i am using the high-end HD lcd tv still no improvement.
