I believe it’s the most comprehensive English map in China. However, the map is geo-locked, and it will only be displayed when you are physically in China. China’s equivalent of Google Maps, Amap (Gaode) … For this reason, I find Gaode more akin to Apple

Still got the old/no-longer-existing Golden Shoe Car Park (same with Google Maps 3D). In its place today is a still-under-construction skyscraper, CapitaSpring. OneMap 3D was years in the making AFAIK.
I use Citymapper for public transport over google maps. But when commuting by bike, Google Map's pathing beats it hands down. I suspect the open source map it relies on just isn't as good as Google's data. However, when the pathing is good, Citymapper's
2019年6月23日 · Google probably use a mixture of LTAs API as well as their own methods (Google maps traffic style of using the location of android phones) to track the buses. From my experience when you get on 1 of these busses Google will ask if you on it and also how full it is.

2022年12月19日 · Just download the MyTransport app which has a feature that shows you all the cycling routes. This is really just a bus timing app but it has quite a lot of useful features for travelling in Singapore in general. You can easily update google maps with new bike paths as you find them.
Google Maps also sucks when you need to change over bus/MRT or MRT/MRT. Rather send you halfway across the country to get to that one interchange than give you a path with more legs. Citymapper is the most reliable for public transport directions in Singapore.
