校長. 陳偉傑校長 ( Mr. David Chan )為工商管理學士及資訊科技教育理學碩士，現正修讀教育博士課程。 陳校長在教育界發展多年，先後任職於中學、小學及專科學校。 陳校長於2002年加入優才書院， 教學及行政經驗豐富，曾主管校務、學生事務、家長聯絡及資訊科技等不同部門。 陳校長近年多次帶領師生參與不同的本港及國際的STEAM比賽，並取得佳績，如：「香港科學青苗獎」、「全國未來工程師 大賽一等奬」、「國際電子學習獎」及 「國際機械奧運會」 等。 他相信把STEAM教育融合於不同學習範疇，能改變傳統單向教育模式，培訓學生成為知識的探究者，充分裝備自己，接通知識之門，適應急速多變的未來。 陳校長相信成功的教育需具前瞻性，培育未來社會優秀的領袖人才是優才的使命。
