何鴻燊圖書館位於正校園教學大樓 一樓及二樓 ，提供480多個座位，包括40個互聯網工作站，方便讀者查找各類電子資料。 館內設有可容納40位讀者作小組討論與研習的活動學習空間，一樓亦設有協作學習區，為讀者提供理想的環境，討論小組習作。 館內更設有特殊教育需要設施及軟件供視障同學使用。 大部份與香港都會大學課程相關的學科館藏藏於何鴻燊圖書館，以支援正校園及賽馬會健康護理學院的教學需要。 而大學語言中心亦座落於本館內。 何息夷圖書館. 位於賽馬會校園 五樓 的圖書館分館何息夷圖書館，設有超過320座位，主要收藏與賽馬會校園內舉辦的課程相關的資料，例如電影藝術及製作、藝術、攝影及與科學和科技相關的館藏，以配合賽馬會校園的教學需要，以及延展何鴻燊圖書館的服務。
