We are the sole association in Hong Kong offering sports activities especially to ID persons. After years of development, we have over a hundred agency members and thousands of registered athletes and participants, Over 50,000 headcounts are recorded in the year round events.
A team of 16 athletes represented Hong Kong in the 1 st INAS Global Games and achieved 7 gold, 12 silver, and 7 bronze medals. The performance of the swimming team was particularly outstanding, with swimmers attaining 43 personal bests, breaking 35 Hong Kong records and 2 world records. 2006.

中國香港智障人士體育協會 （英語： Hong Kong China Sports Association for Persons with Intellectual Disability， 簡稱： HKSAPID），是一個為以及 智障 人士為服務對象的 體育 組織，辦公室設於 [於1978年成立。 為「國際智障人士體育聯盟」及 智障體育協會暨奧林匹克委員會 會員。 其泳隊及隊於國際有一定地位，30年來總共派出1,435名運動員參加117個海外及本地所舉辦的國際賽事，包括15個特殊奧運夏季及冬季世界賽、2屆傷殘奧運會，共獲得978金738銀544銅的成績。
