There are also single study rooms on 4/F whereby current HKU/SPACE students and staff are eligible to book online for use via the Facilities Booking System. 3 sessions are available for booking. Eligible users can reserve these rooms online 1 session in advance.

Booking is available for current HKU staff and students only. Patrons do not need to sign in on-site to activate the reserved CC Rooms. Unreserved CC Rooms are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Sessions available for booking are as follows: * The 3rd session ends at 8:30 pm from June to August each year.
Book a Discussion Room. Facilities available include: 18 Discussion Rooms. Commercial grade TV panel. Laptops are available on loan from 2/F Lending Services Counter at request. Webcams with built-in microphone for web conferencing supporting up to 1080p auto focus video capture.
