2018年6月26日 · The Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited ("HKMAAL") recognises that the skills of a successful mediator are largely unrelated to the type of dispute. A mediator having specialist knowledge of the type of dispute may however facilitate settlement in some cases.
Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited (HKMAAL) role is to accredit mediators in the Family and General Category and to accredit Family Supervisors. Professional standards of mediators are maintained and kept under review.
The Mediation Practice courses, delivered in both English and Chinese are accredited by the Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited (HKMAAL). Upon completion of the 40-hour course, attendees are accepted as meeting Stage One requirement leading to accreditation as a member of the Association General Panel of mediators.
Accredited Mediator. Candidates who have completed the 40-hour General Mediator Training Course organized by HKMC, or co-organized by HKMC, passed course-end assessment can apply directly with the Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited (“HKMAAL”) for accreditation.
