In 1978, to enable both able-bodied and disabled residents to enjoy a wider variety of recreational facilities and to promote integration, The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust funded the establishment of the PHAB Camp in Pok Fu Lam, the city’s first camp tailored for people with disabilities.
