2020年8月14日 · Eventually she agreed to £300k. After 5 weeks of waiting we heard today our valuation from HSBC valued the property at £265k!! Myself and my partner are gobsmacked it returned so much lower. We don’t see the seller agreeing to go any lower, but are now concerned we are paying too much.

Im in the process of re-mortaging my lovely 1 bed flat in London and i asked HSBC (my current mortgage lender) to re-value my property (they would not use outside valuations... for obvious reasons that i now know).
2021年7月1日 · I've had a mortgage approved with HSBC but their surveyors have downvalued the property by 15,000. Not much data to go by nearby and the seller just won't budge. 2020年7月6日 · We’re HSBC customers and applied direct. From DIP to mortgage two hour advice phone call was three days. Hard search done during the call and it came back refer to underwriter . Advisor said a desk valuation would be done and to expect a final decision in three to five days. (Day three is today)
