藥理作用. 本藥為H1抗組織胺製劑，會穿透血腦障壁而有中樞鎮靜、止吐以及抑制皮膚發癢等作用。 用法與用量. 每日2~3次，每次25mg。 警語. 1.本藥應避免與酒精併用。 2.在痙攣風險較高的病患中，應小心使用本藥。 3.本藥具抗膽鹼作用，應小心使用於青光眼、前列腺肥大、腸或尿道阻塞、重症肌無力、或使用MAO抑制劑的患者。 使用禁忌. 1.對本藥過敏者。 2.吡咯紫質沉著症的患者。 3.懷孕及授乳婦。 4.病患已知患有後天性或先天性QT間期延長。 5.病患已知有QT間期延長的危險因子。 懷孕相關. 孕婦、授乳婦禁用本藥。 交互作用. 1.與巴比妥鹽類衍生物，麻醉劑等中樞神經抑制劑併用或飲酒，有相互增強作用。 2.合用其他已知會延長QT間期的藥物，會增加心律不整的風險。
