2020年3月12日 · Downloaded L2 and launched application but am unable to access as it due to the login issue, I have been advised by the IG helpdesk to turn on the required aspects in DMA ( Preferences ) but still am unable to access the platform. Also referred to the IG Community but can't see any guidance or advise here.

2020年7月6日 · I enquired about this tonight via email and received this response below - looks like late July will be available. Tax Statements for your share trading account can be found in My IG > Live accounts > Statements > Annual. Once the 2019/20 financial year statement is released in late July 2020, it will appear here as well under 'July 2020’.
2020年3月26日 · Hi, you fund your accounts via your 'My IG' dashboard web page and can transfer into your mt4 account from there, you should also find your 5 number mt4 live login number there as well.
2024年6月22日 · Using chrome or firefox on PC windows 11, I login successfully, get shown an "accept terms modal" which I accept then get redirected to a home page where I'm not logged in. Chrome, Firefox you name it. 2. The native IOS app does not work, I enter the correct credentials and get told they are wrong. I even delete the app and reinstall it. Expand.
2018年1月19日 · I login to an IG Australia account here in London at 14:30 my time (BST or GMT+1) and the time on the charts is 23:30 (GMT+10). Is this what you are all seeing? There are no plans to add timezone configuration to our web platform and one of the main reasons is that ProRealTime, the advanced charting package we offer, already has great time zone and trading hours settings.

You can find more information of the leverage we provide from the link Margin of Forex. This would be the same requirement on demo accounts as it tracks the live account. You can login to your IG demo account from the App.
