The polishing is mirror like. The dials are perfectly executed as well. Both dials have depth to them due to the guilloche finishing.

2020年11月9日 · The fact that it is manual-wind gives it, I believe, a stronger connection to the original Reverso from the 1930s. It's also one of my go-to travel watches because of the dual dials and the hour-jump complication for the TRAVEL TIME dial. The watch I own originally came with the black crocodile strap and JLC deployant clasp.
Yes, i always regarded these as a bit gimmicky but this one looks great. I envy you nice choice. This is my grail watch to finish my collection, a squared novelty dressy watch. Although, mine is definitely the duoface reverso. As someone who once was between this and a Panerai and chose the Panerai, uh, yeah, you did.

2020年4月12日 · I think JLC is one of the best watch manufactures and the Reverso is JLCs most iconic watch. This one is the reference 270.8.54. Is it the medium size which measures in at 42mm x 26mm. The perfect size for an average sized wrist in my opinion. It may sound small on paper but because of its rectangular shape, it actually wears very well.

2023年11月7日 · I recently picked up this strap from Veblenist for my Reverso. It’s calf skin, with a sueded feel and has the ribbed pattern embossed in. A pretty unique design and quite comfortable. This is not the easiest watch to make "casual", but non-croc strap options seem to help quite a bit. I haven't bothered to attach the JLC deployant clasp to it ...

The elegance, class and overall design aesthetics are just breathtaking. I finally found the model at a decent price earlier this week and am now the proud owner of the 270.8.54 model, as it arrived today.
