Earl Grey Tea Cake,失望地,茶味非常輕微。Chocolate Orange Cake, mousse內有小小脆脆(如果再多D就好咯),橙味層厚過朱古力,所以橙味搶左D! 整體唔夠蛋糕夾雜,膩左D。但mousse做得好好,好實在。好既mousse cake係好難掌握,所以我仍是它的 cake fans~
