Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden (KFBG) spreads over 148 hectares of land on the northern slopes of Tai Mo Shan, Hong Kong's highest mountain, near the town of Tai Po. KFBG has a deep-set valley between two ridges, with a stream running steeply down through the forest.

Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden was started as an Agricultural Aid Association in 1956 to provide livestock and agricultural products to local villagers. The badly eroded and barren site was chosen because the stream in the valley never dries out, allowing sufficient water supply for humans, livestock and food plants.
After 5 minutes, you will reach Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden which is on the right just after the brow of the hill. From Tsuen Wan (Route TWISK) Take the Route TWISK Road all the way to the Shek Kong roundabout.
