You must be 21 to foster or adopt. Have identification showing your present address. You must be fostering/adopting for yourself – not on behalf of anyone else. Have the knowledge and consent of your landlord (if applicable). Be able and willing to care for and spend time with the animal.

To surrender your pet to Kirsten’s Zoo, you (the owner/keeper of the pet) must complete the surrender form below. Honest and accurate answers to these questions, combined with a subsequent conversation with one of our representatives, will greatly assist us to decide if we can rehome your pet.
Welcome to Kirsten’s Zoo and thank you for offering to foster a cat/kitten for us. Please read everything carefully. You must be at least 21 years of age. While in your care, you will be fully responsible for the cat that you are fostering.
DONATE. Thank you for your donation! The large majority of the money received by the charity goes to the animals in our care and the general run of the charity. We regularly have over 50 cats and dogs and they all require food, medical treatment and daily care.
