I was thinking of creating a modloader for the free browser game Minecraft Classic (classic.minecraft.net) in the form of a browser extension. A thread arguing over what is allowed or not based on interpretations of the EULA (as far as I know no mod has been taken down because it included Mojang's source/assets, not counting cracked clients, which are prohibited in any case):
