The Mitsubishi Pajero Junior is a mini SUV produced by Japanese automaker Mitsubishi Motors between October 1995 and June 1998 for the Japanese domestic market only. Based on a lengthened Minica platform, it was a larger version of the Mitsubishi Pajero Mini, a kei car.

パジェロジュニア （ PAJERO-Jr. ）は、 三菱自動車工業 が生産・販売していた SUV である。 概要. パジェロミニ に続くパジェロシリーズとして 1995年 に発売された。 パジェロシリーズとしては初めて カープラザ店 でも併売された。 ベースはパジェロミニだが、大型 バンパー と 樹脂 製 オーバーフェンダー を採用することで、一般的な消費者が期待するSUVらしさを演出している。 また、80 km/h以下でならレバー操作のみで FR と 4WD の切り替えができる「イージーセレクト4WD」を装備。 エンジンは1.1 Lの4気筒（ 4A31型 ） SOHC 16バルブ エンジンを搭載する。
A larger-engined version with a wider track (and correspondingly larger fender flares) was presented in October 1995; this was sold as the Mitsubishi Pajero Junior. The turbocharged models were VR-I or VR-II depending on equipment levels, while the naturally aspirated versions were called XR-I and XR-II.
