Control Panel\Clock, Language and Region->Tab Internet Time change settings. using both time.windows.com and time.nist.gov. no change. then w32tm /resync. then set services.msc windows time->automatic. still no change.

2016年3月8日 · It would be worth a try, but a few seconds is not going to hurt anything since it should eventually auto sync before the time gets to out of sync. One area where a few seconds matters a lot is in some Ham Radio digital operations like JT65HF. The clock should be within milliseconds. This can be done with free software.
