PolyU Email is an email service for PolyU current staff. In addition to large mailbox quota of 50GB, it also provides features including calendaring, message sharing, and mobile push mail support, etc.
Login to email service: Go to: https://www.polyu.edu.hk/its/it-services/email-messaging-and-collaboration-services/. On left hand corner, click "9-bullet menu icon" to select more functions. Either select “Office” or go to the corresponding office app directly.

Access to College Email System. Staff can use e-mail client program Microsoft Outlook 2010 with the latest service pack, or Microsoft Office 365 Web Access (OWA) to access their College E-mail accounts (e.g. reading and sending e-mails). Email. PolyU email and Connect email are two email systems for staff and students respectively. As email is the official communication channel that the University communicates with you, you should login in to the account regularly to keep track of annoucements and import messages from the University.
With PolyU Single-Sign-On (PolyU-SSO), users can simply access multiple applications and systems by using their NetID and NetPassword. After successful authentication with PolyU-SSO, user attributes (e.g. Name, Email, Department, etc.) can be automatically passed to applications to fulfil business requirements.
You may find out your Email address via https://idportal.polyu.edu.hk/netid/ preferred name @connect.polyu.hk Your preferred name is created during your NetID activation.
