Patients should register at Hospital's Admission Office (Address: Block L, Ground Floor of Main Block). Admission slip (for scheduled admission) and the following documents are required : Admission Notice Notice To Patient Patients’ Charter
Do not bring large amount of cash, jewelry etc. during hospitalization.Do not leave the ward without notifying ward staff or the hospital will assume no responsibility for any consequences.Patient's next-of-kin could arrange a meeting with the doctor through the attending nurse to know the latest medical condition of the patient.Turn off mobile phones and other electronic devices inside the wards and designated areas to avoid interfereing the operation of medical equipment.Transfer Procedures Hospital Authority provides services through hospital clusters. Patients will be transferred from general hospitals to convalescent hospitals for continuous treatment in accordance with their medical condition. Patient Relations Officers are appointed in each hospital. Their duties include answering enquiries, receiving feedback from patients and their relatives on the services of the hospital.
