A A A. 橋咀島是西貢近岸的小島嶼，又作「橋咀洲」。 它是全港面積最小的郊野公園——橋咀郊野公園的主要組成部分。 2009年，橋咀島被劃為香港地質公園──橋咀洲景區。 島上的地質主要為火山岩為主，在島山可找到如火山角礫岩和流紋岩等岩石。 另外島上亦設地質步道供遊人漫步至橋頭，觀賞各種岩石。 除了地質地貌以外，橋咀島也以豐富的海洋生物著稱。 據2018年的香港珊瑚礁普查結果顯示，橋咀洲北的珊瑚覆蓋範圍達78%，而漁護署亦為保護該地的生境而劃定了珊瑚保育區。 橋咀島設兩個泳灘，廈門灣位於小島南面，又名半月灣，橋咀沙灘則位於島北。 本島西面另有一座名為橋頭的小島，由一條連島沙洲連接。 橋咀島的最高點為一座無名山頭，高136米，次之為97米的黑山頂。
