About St. James' Settlement. Founded by the Rt. Rev. Bishop R.O. Hall of the Anglican Church in 1949, St. James’ Settlement began as a club for boys and girls in a temple in Stone Nullah Lane, Wanchai.
Founded in 2001, Youth Services was formed by a group of workers who are passionate with children and youths. It was formerly known as Family and Child Services Division providing school social work service. Youth Services provides comprehensive services to children and youth aged 6-24, and their family members.
