1. 大廈門口不能泊車. 如大廈門口或單位座數不能泊車，師傅要推一段路或途經平台才能抵達單位，搬屋公司便會收取「路程費」。 推路費可以是一筆過的附加費，亦可以逐米計。 2. 樓梯搬運費. 由大廈門口，行走至單位門口，當中是否需要行樓梯？ 搬屋公司一般會按樓層收取額外樓梯搬運費，但每間公司對樓層的定義都不一樣。 有公司以 5 級樓梯為一層計，也有公司以 19 級樓梯作一層計；有公司會以每件每層計，亦有公司會一筆過收取總搬運費的 15% 至 20%，或按樓層數量劃一定額收費。 樓梯搬運收費花巧，用家最好在詢問報價時清楚列明總共級數。 3. 假期搬屋. 星期六日及公眾假期搬屋，以及在一般上班時間外的特別時段搬屋，通常要繳附加費。 收費可為定額，亦可按總搬運費計算。
