Admissions. The decision to choose a school for your child to is one of the most important you will ever make. Providing them with a rewarding educational experience is a springboard for whatever comes next.
The Leys School Vacancies. One of the things which makes The Leys such a special place is its size. We are determinedly a small school. It’s partly because we’re such a small school that we’re able to get to know individual pupils so well.
Half Term Break. Saturday 23 May – Sunday 31 May. Second Half of Term. Monday 1 June – Saturday 27 June. Leave Weekend. Sunday 3 May – Monday 4 May. *This is the weekend of the 24-hour visit for pupils joining Year 9 in September 2026. Term dates for The Leys School, Cambridge.
By foundation and structure, The Leys is a boarding community. We also place great value on being a “big, small school” embedded in the heart of Cambridge, and on giving Leysians a rich and rewarding academic and wider school experience – one they find valuable both intrinsically and in preparing for their futures.
2024年10月14日 · School Fees. The current Application Fee for The Leys is £150 which is payable at Application and is non-refundable, even if we are not able to offer your child a place at the School.
Senior Deputy Head. Mrs Stevens joined The Leys School in September 2024 from The Royal Hospital School, Suffolk, where she spent eight years as Deputy Head (Academic). With thirteen years in Independent Boarding, and seven years in state education, other roles include Head of Science, and Head of Careers and PSHE.
