2014年12月10日 · 「追夢都要顧及實際條件」Time Auction 創辦人Fion 認為，現在香港學生對於自己的志趣清晰，只是過程需要前輩扶一下，於是她與朋友雪兒組成非牟利機構，以義工服務換取師友計劃，助有夢者打造前行的階梯。
「Time Auction」於2021 – 2022年期間為478個非牟利組織配對了約1400份義工工作，並錄得超過33,000 小時的義工服務時數。 志願者捐贈的無償服務的商業價值相當於港幣 11,629,703元。
