關永權燈光設計有限公司（TKLC）於一九七九年在英國倫敦創立，現今創業四十載；主力為世界級豪華酒店及甲級辦公大樓，提供專業及創新的燈光設計概念，配合建築的整體設計，將解決照明問題的設計方案和細節融合，受到業界高度讚揚。 一九八一年，TKLC 正式將辦公室遷至亞洲，並建基於香港，最初起名為「關永權燈光設計事務所」，主要負責亞太地區建築項目，提供專業燈光設計服務。 從一間小小設計室開始，只有一名秘書跟一名助理設計師，跟著室內設計師 Chhada Siembiea & Associates 位於中環的辦公室分著用。 今天，關永權燈光設計有限公司除了在香港的總公司以外，於北京及東京亦設有分部，以便跟世界各地的客戶方便接觸。 關永權先生的獨特設計風格，獲得建築師們一致好評。
