Lorsque j'ai donné ce conseil ce chemin se trouvait à la racine du disque lui-même. Tu peux copier le dossier WD sur une clé USB depuis un autre PC.

2023年1月9日 · My Amazon Basics 3TB external drive works fine on both Windows 10 and Windows 11. Probably not quite as old as the WD unit but, as I recall, less expensive. My backup going forward is a two-drive docking station. It took around 5 minutes to see the hard drive I put in it. Once found it seems to work without delay.

2016年8月12日 · This fix worked: Go to Western Digital and download the update file. Unplug all USB devices except mouse, keyboard and My Passport drive. Ensure the WD Passport drive is connected to the back of your computer, not a USB 3.0 port, but a backward compatible USB port with the same cable that came with the drive.
2012年1月7日 · I have a WD My Passport which comes up as 'F' drive. I use this for backing up music & photos etc. It appears to be no longer working and it asks me to format it, which I have tried and windows is unable to do this. Problem is I now have lots of music in Itunes that is no longer available as original file cannot be found.
