Raise your weekly withdrawal limit at your bank to the maximum (I have heard of €3000/week at Deutsche Bank for instance). Take out cash from an ATM and deposit it in your account.

2019年3月18日 · Never done online exchange but, If you decide to choose physical instead of digital What i learned from my banker is that the most competitive currency exchanges are at the airports. There would be sometimes a .5% difference between the bank's prices and the airport prices. Obviously the bigger the airport, more competition, better prices.
