If anything I think CCA didn't do enough to contextualize why Char went hard space Nazi. Like you get why he might, but they never show his turn.

Personally I would recommend starting with the smaller Sub series that are self contained but also get right to the heart of what gundam is about.

Those are good for first timers (I know some hardcore Gundam fans are going to yell at me), if you like those then go watch the Mobile Suit Gundam movie trilogy, then move on to Zeta Gundam, then go back and watch War in the Pocket and Stardust Memories.

For simple designs, the old man, the OG, RX-78-2 will always be great. Just a timeless design all around a. but of the gundam in the same vein, I've also liked Mk.
2018年4月18日 · Apr 18, 2018. #2. These are all fairly separate, meaning you can watch all the UC side stories (08th MS Team, 0080, 0083) whenever you want. ZZ is entirely skippable, but I'd watch Zeta before CCA. I'd say the original movies/series -> Zeta -> CCA is really the only arc you "need" to watch in order.
