   申請方法. 申請租用度假別墅是以先到先得方式以電話預訂。 請在擬租用期前一個月的第20日起，於辦公時間內致電政府宿舍編配組（電話：2810 3935）預訂。 例子：倘在8月租用，則由7月20日起接受電話預訂，如果當日為星期六、日或公眾假期，則順延至下一個工作天。 申請表. 成功預訂者將獲發申請表，請把填妥的表格連同身份證及退休證明文件副本，於限期內交回政府宿舍編配組以確認預訂。 收費. 每間度假別墅每晚收費港幣171元。 申請人獲確認預訂後將接獲繳費通知，請按指示於限期前繳費，並在辦理入住手續時出示繳費證明（正本或電子版本皆可）。 申請人於繳費後將不能撤銷申請，也不能轉讓其名額予他人；除下文所述的特別情況外，即使申請人未有如期入住度假別墅，也不會獲發還已繳交的款項。 關閉度假別墅.
