香港电视广播高级监制
曾励珍（Catherine Tsang）是香港电台播音出身，人称“珍姐”。1974年加入无线电视，由助理编导做起，后来擢升至戏剧分部副总监。曾参与电视剧《相见好》的演出。2008年，无线电视制作部改制，由单总监改为三总监，擢升为制作部总监。
“我知道很多人都怕曾励珍，没有办法啦，我无法为其他人而改变自己。”爽朗的曾励珍风轻云淡地谈论着别人眼中的自己，似乎她口中的“曾励珍”不是她自己，而是一个与她毫无关系的路人。“我知道有一种人对我恨之入骨，恨不得对我生吞活剥；但是更多的人是害怕我在工作态度上的严厉，怕做不好被我骂。”
当年，无线老板找她谈话，让她担任副总监的职位，曾励珍的第一反应不是欣喜，而是害怕，因为她知道在无线台这个香港第一传媒集团里担任一个号令四方的角色绝对不是一件易事。

有一年无线台庆有一个全体演艺人员的合唱节目。彩排的时候，上百个人聚在一起，随便挑出一个，都是在亚洲市场上能独当一面的人物。这样的大牌怎么肯规规矩矩呆在一个地方排练呢?于是有人在聊天，有人在打手机，让一边负责指挥的导演无可奈何。
就在此时，只见一个女人风风火火冲上舞台，拿着麦克风，指着几位不专心排练的巨星的鼻子大声开骂，而且是指名道姓!整个现场顿时鸦雀无声，几个被骂的红星目瞪口呆地望着眼前这个女人。从此，排练的时候再也没有人敢随便谈话聊天了。这个女人，就是曾励珍。
“很多人怕我，是因为我专业，因为我在无线是从一个场记做起，幕前演员、PA、导演，一步步走到今天的，我知道这些人的心理，知道他们的工作细节，知道他们想要的是什么，更知道他们最怕什么。”回忆起这件事，曾励珍会心地笑了。“在一家专业性很强的公司做管理人员，你必须比其他人更专业，而且要敢于承担起你应该承担的责任。公司让我做副总监，我就要管理好这些艺员们，我想只要是大家冷静下来，应该可以理解我的工作。”
