2024年11月1日 · 香港專業教育學院 (觀塘)圖書館位於本校一樓，為學習資源中心的一部分。 現時館藏約有3萬6千冊圖書及視聽資料，訂閱的期刊雜誌約有 50 種。 此外，圖書館更訂購大約 80 個電子資料庫，祈為讀者提供最新、最快的各類資訊。 圖書館設有閱讀座位、自修間、電腦供讀者使用，另提供自助影印服務。 為支援電子學習，館內均覆蓋無線網路，亦提供手提電腦借用服務，令讀者能夠隨時隨地連接互聯網獲取資訊。 今年度圖書館以「咖啡」為主題，將生活與閱讀緊密結合，定期舉辦咖啡相關的活動及展覽，拉近圖書館和讀者之間的距離。 除此之外，中心還設有學生共享空間及2間研討室，為讀者提供休憩及學習空間，讀者可透過研討室預約系統預約進行小組討論等學習活動。

Over 40,000 volumes of books, journals, newspapers, e-books and e-learning resources are available in the Centre. Located close to the Tsing Yi Bridge (South), the campus building has a splendid architectural design which offers students a green, modern and spacious learning environment.
