2008年7月18日 · I'm looking for a free (idealy excel based) future mortgage balance calculator which allows shows monthly deductions and the use of variable interest rates. I want to see the balance and interest being paid on my mortgage easily and see the affect of any overpayments I manage to make. I've searched the web but not found anything free. Many Thanks,
2008年1月4日 · If you require to do calculations including early repayments you will have to find the daily interest rate when compounded for 365 days which equals your yearly rate. i.e. 7% = 1.07 ^ (1/365) = 1.000185. Then multiply your last balance by this figure ^ number of days from last balance to your current payment date.
2019年1月9日 · PV is the starting mortgage (or the amount at the start of a year) FV is the end amount (£0) look up Type in the help (makes a small difference). £100k 20y at 2%. PMT (2%/12; 20*12; 100000; 0; 0or1) B. add 10%/12. Now you have the payment and the starting mortgage value you can add 10%/12 to the normal payment.

2008年9月14日 · All Just to note, the first proper bug has been found (thankyou lagi). If you have a mortgage that has a a split rate, with say 5 years at 5% followed by the remainder at 6%, when you put something like £200 a month in the monthly overpayment box, it won't change the basic payment to the new rate after 5 years, so from year 5 to the end of the loan, it effectively underpays the mortgage ...
2020年8月30日 · I'm after a calculator that allows input of dated one-off overpayments which effect the interest from that day, my mortgage interest is calculated daily and seeing how on target I am with regular over payments and their frequency.

The prudential tool is quite good, and there is a more basic aviva tool.
