The Government has announced to defer the implementation of municipal solid waste charging (MSW charging) and will commence a series of measures including enhancing recycling facilities, stepping up public education and promotion, as well as studying how to improve the MSW charging scheme.

香港垃圾收費 ，正式名 都市固體廢物收費 （英文： Municipal Solid Waste Charging ，簡稱 MSW charging ），坊間一般就噉叫 垃圾收費 或者 垃圾徵費 ，係 香港 政府籌備推出嘅 環保 計劃，向所有棄置垃圾嘅市民徵收 垃圾費 ，暫時未有正式實施日子。
