基本保障. 索償須知. 若要提出索償,受保人在發生事故後30天內,提交索償申請表(可在中銀集團保險網頁www.bocgroup.com/bocg-ins/下載) 或以書面方式通知中銀集團保險,並自費提供各項證明文件:如意外證明文件、醫療證明、警方報告(如有報警)及/或其他相關文件。 註1 : 包括訂金、旅費、機票費用、交通票據、表演活動如大型運動賽事、演唱會、博物館或主題公園的入場券門票。 註2 : 家人指中銀Visa Infinite信用卡持卡人的合法配偶及/或其子女,子女指18歲以下的未婚子女,及23歲或以下的全日制學生。
受保人投保時年齡必須介乎15天至65歲(首尾包括在內)。 未滿18歲人士須由家 或監護人辦理投保。 受保人投保時必需持有 份有效的個人/團體門診醫療保險方接受投保。仼何交付於中銀集團 保險之索償，必需先以此醫療保險作出賠償。
