    Dr. Helen Kelly是加拿大国际学校现任的小学校长，而副校长包括 Lisa Kipfer（幼儿园）、Robert Grantham（一年级至三年级）及 DJ MacPherson（四年级至六年级）。幼儿园至六年级的学生占学生总数的约60%。幼儿园第一至第二年的学生只上半天－上午或下午班，而幼儿园第三年以上的学生都上足上午下午课。半天的幼儿园课程特地为三至四岁的学生而设，让同学们有机会体验及感受上学的滋味。小学学生不但有能够接触到IB课程的Primary Year's Programme，还有机会上专门老师教的普通话、表演艺术及体育课。

    中学包括七至十二年级的学生，总共812名学生，占学生总数的约40%。七至十年级的学生上的是Middle Years Programme的课程，而十一至十二年级的学生上的是Diploma Programme的课程。现任的中学校长为Timothy Kaiser，而副校长是Barbara Dacho以及David Butler。 2015年（第六届IB文凭考生）109名毕业生全都获得IB文凭。三名学生还获取了满分45分的优秀成绩，而32名（29%）学生获取40分或以上的分数。2015年的考生平均得分为36分。

    几位加拿大籍的人在1991年成立了加拿大国际学校，目的要建立一间提供加拿大教育的国际学校。学校初开始时位于铜锣湾小小的租用设施，当时只有81名学生。学校继续发展，在1999年已采用了“一条龙”的办校模式，提供从幼儿园至高中的教育。在1998－1999的学年，学校首届的毕业生毕业。在1999年，加拿大国际学校搬到现今位于黄竹坑的校园，以加拿大风格于精神的主题来设计。加拿大国际学校至今是一个非牟利机构。
