   持牌保險代理人的類別

   根據《保險業條例》 (第41章)第 2 條，持牌保險代理人是指持牌保險代理機構、持牌個人保險代理或持牌業務代表 (代理人) 。 1. 持牌保險代理機構是指根據《保險業條例》第 64U 條，獲發牌照的獨資經營人、合夥或公司，作為任何獲授權保險人的代理人，以進行一個或多於一個業務系列的受規管活動。 2. 持牌個人保險代理是指根據《保險業條例》第 64W 條，獲發牌照的個人，作為任何獲授權保險人的代理人，以進行一個或多於一個業務系列的受規管活動。 3. 持牌業務代表 (代理人) 是指根據《保險業條例》第 64Y 條，獲發牌照的個人，作為任何持牌保險代理機構的代理人，以進行一個或多於一個業務系列的受規管活動。

   負責人

   根據《保險業條例》第 64ZE 條，持牌保險代理機構應委任合適人選為保險代理機構負責人，並應為該負責人提供充分的資源和支援以履行其責任。該負責人必須事先獲得保險業監管局 (「保監局」) 的認可。

   獲授權保險人的數目受限制
