Hi, I have a client who is a public company that has just swapped from MYOB to another program. We will need access to the historical MYOB data for our yearly audits, but don't want to maintain the subscriptions if we don't have to (we have three currently).
I have recently enabled MYOB PAYBY (Online Payments) now that we've been able to opt out of the BPAY option, and we have customer pays the surcharge option enabled. The problem is when I got the first payment come through, the amount we received in our bank account doesn't match the invoice amount and also it didn't automatically match to the invoice that was paid.

If the correct amounts are showing up in reports like superannuation payments, payroll register, payroll activity, and YTD verification, you can actually disregard what's showing on your dashboard widget.
To pay super from MYOB you need to process the super payments through payroll. This means to pay super for a contractor you'll need to set up the contractor as an employee to pay their super. Just manually add them as an employee and enter their super details.
